I contacted Thor Contracts when I purchased a rental property which needed general maintenance and repairs. Thor Contracts supplied an electrician and plumber to install an electric shower in the upstairs bathroom. In the downstairs bathroom they resealed the shower tray with silicon and a new shower hose was fitted. In the kitchen some of the kitchen doors were hanging off the hinges or damaged. Thor Contracts sourced new hinges and screws for the cupboards so as the kitchen was presentable for my tenants.
